"Arctic Sovereignty: Cold Facts, Hot Issues," a conference on the law underlying these events, will take place 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m. On Friday, October 3, at Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles. Panels will cover a variety of topics – Territory & Security, Environment & Natural Resources, Indigenous & Human Rights.
