And then there were 114
The number of states parties to the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court soon will be 114.
Last Tuesday, an eastern European country whose flag is at left, the Republic of
Moldova, ratified the ICC treaty, and it will become the 114th full member
on New Year's Day.
