It's our great pleasure to welcome Elise Keppler (right) as an IntLawGrrls contributor.
Senior Counsel with the International Justice Program at Human Rights Watch, Elise has focused her work on international criminal justice mechanisms at work in various countries of Africa; for example, the Special Court for Sierra Leone in that country; and the International Criminal Court investigations in Darfur, Sudan, and in Uganda.
