Speakers, all from the State Department, include: Harold Hongju Koh, Legal Adviser; Linda Jacobson, Assistant Legal Adviser for African and Near Eastern Affairs; Emily Kimball, Attorney Adviser, Office of United Nations Affairs; Meg Pickering, Attorney Adviser, Office of Legislation and Foreign Assistance; and Margaret Taylor, Attorney Adviser, Office of Economic and Business Affairs. Moderating will be Sean D. Murphy, Patricia Roberts Harris Research Professor of Law at George Washington University, newly elected a member of the International Law Commission.
