The delivery of
sentence and reparations order will be tomorrow for Thomas Lubanga Dyilo (left), erstwhile militia leader from the Democratic Republic of Congo, about whose International Criminal Court prosecution we've frequently
posted. On March 14, Lubanga was found guilty of conscripting and enlisting children under the age of 15 and using them to participate in hostilities.
